If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving
the delivery. To process your claim, we require:
- A copy of your order confirmation.
- Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item(s), including packaging.
- A brief description of the issue
Once we verify the issue, we will offer a replacement or refund, depending on availability and
customer preference.
3. Refund Processing
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5-7 business days after approval. Refunds are issued
